My typical mob for adepting all weapon skills and combat styles (often at level 6 or so) is Kylara at the entrance of Dragon Cult.
One bonus with her is that when you're adepted just say idolizer of dragons and you're out of combat, free to recall (or quickly move through her room).

The green mist in Wendle must be killed at level 9 or below to get the ring and cloak, I'm not sure if any of the other puzzles are level sensitive.Stolichnaya wrote: 11-20
