Cha affects the duration of spells.

Leadership is often bolstered by the charisma of the one leading. While spells
are often affected by intelligence and wisdom, the duration of the spell can
also be extended or diminished based on the charisma of the group leader doing
the casting.

The spells that are affected in duration by the group leader's casting include:
 
benediction                 breath of heaven             ward of the divine
harmony of nature           holy sanc                    indignation
infernal sanc               major invocation             mass invis
minor invocation            nefarious pact               mind fortress
sylvan mist                 mutiny
warsong                     aerial mobility              mass bless

Leader Charisma for Spell Duration

The ability of group leaders to utilize charisma to extend, or limit, the
duration of spells has now been completed. Please see help 'Leader Charisma'

Charisma affects the cost of items (and repairs??) when using NPC vendors. It also affects the amount of gold dropped by mobs and how much gold NPC vendors will give you for items when selling.
